As an Office Manager – Commercial Support, you are the heart of our office. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from a warm welcome at the front door to supporting our management team and traders.
You are the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and external parties such as customers, suppliers, and our landlord. You keep the office tidy, organized, and welcoming. You have a sharp eye for detail, and if you spot something that’s not quite right, you take immediate action. After all, you thrive on structure and a well-organized workspace.
You easily switch between facility-related, organizational, and commercial tasks. From processing contracts and managing inboxes to scheduling appointments and booking business trips — you’ve got it covered. At the same time, you ensure the office stays neat, supplies are well stocked, and visitors feel right at home.
After-work drinks, team activities, or a printer that suddenly stops working? You jump on it quickly — or already have it sorted. With your overview, energy, and hands-on mentality, you are an irreplaceable part of our team.
Your responsibilities in two main areas:
Office Management
You welcome new colleagues and visitors with a smile and make them feel at home
You are the central point of contact in the office — for colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other external parties
You maintain contact with the landlord and ensure everything in and around the building is taken care of
You manage office supplies — from pens to pantry items
A messy workspace? Not on your watch. You keep the office clean, organized, and professional
You organize team activities — from Friday afternoon drinks to business events
You handle other administrative tasks as they arise — both ad hoc and recurring
Commercial Support
You support management and traders with administrative and commercial tasks
You process contracts and keep customer data accurate and up to date
You manage mailboxes and ensure information reaches the right people
You schedule appointments and manage the team’s calendars
You arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues, customers, and suppliers
You support customer visits and make sure that meetings run smoothly
With your energy, overview, and sharp eye for detail, you are essential to the team. You know exactly what’s going on, switch easily between activities, and make sure everyone can focus on what they do best: trading with full focus.

You’ve already got some experience in an administrative or commercial role and feel at home in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You bring:
• MBO-level education or equivalent experience
• A few years of experience in a commercial or administrative position
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, entrepreneurial mindset
• Accuracy, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to take initiative
• Flexibility, resilience, and a love for a bit of buzz and action
• A true team spirit with a good sense of humor and a touch of Brabant charm
