Office Manager / Commercial Support
Geris | ’s-Hertogenbosch | 28–40 hours

What you’ll do

As Office Manager / Commercial Support, you are the heart of our office. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from giving a warm welcome at the front door to supporting our directors and traders.

You're the point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and external parties like customers, suppliers, and our landlord. You keep the office tidy and organized — and if something’s not right, you fix it. You love structure and a neat workspace.

You’ll switch effortlessly between facility, organizational, and commercial tasks. From processing contracts and managing mailboxes to scheduling meetings and booking travel — you handle it all. Meanwhile, you keep our supplies stocked and make sure guests feel right at home.

Drinks, team outings, or a printer on the fritz? You’ve already handled it or you're on it. With your overview, energy, and hands-on mentality, you’re an essential part of the team.

Your role in a nutshell:

Office Management
• You welcome guests with a smile and make them feel at home
• You're the first point of contact in the office — for colleagues, clients, suppliers, and other external parties
• You answer calls, connect people, and keep everything organized
• You liaise with the landlord and make sure everything in and around the building is taken care of
• You manage inventory — from pens to pantry supplies
• A messy office? Not on your watch. You keep the place neat and presentable
• You organize team activities — from Friday drinks to company outings
• You handle various administrative tasks — both ad hoc and recurring

Commercial Support
• You support the directors and traders with admin and commercial tasks
• You process contracts and keep client information up to date
• You manage inboxes and ensure the right info gets to the right people
• You schedule meetings and manage team calendars
• You arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues, clients, and suppliers
• You help ensure client visits and meetings run smoothly

You’re social, assertive, and know exactly what it takes to keep everything in the office running like a well-oiled machine. You’re accurate, structured, and strong on the admin side. You love organizing, know your way around Den Bosch, and easily connect with all kinds of people.

Also, you:
• Have a few years of experience in a similar role
• Have a keen eye for detail and love bringing order to chaos
• Are independent but also a real team player
• Can easily juggle different tasks
• Enjoy fast-paced environments but know when to slow things down
• Feel at home working with young professionals
• (Bonus) Have some local network knowledge or ties to nearby schools
• And of course — you bring a bit of that Brabant gezelligheid!
