You are also a driven leader within the trading team. You coach traders, sharpen their commercial instincts, and elevate the level of negotiation and account management. You bring structure, direction, and energy, and ensure the team continues to grow.

Do you have the full package?
• HBO+/WO level of thinking and working
• 7–10 years of commercial experience, preferably in international trade
• Experience working with multinationals and negotiating at senior level
• Experience in commodity trading and supply chains
• Affinity with hedging and risk management
• Experience with or strong interest in sustainability and ESG
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic insight
• Coaching abilities and the drive to improve a team
• Fluent in English; at least one additional language (German, Spanish, or French) is a plu
