Production Employee | Day Shift

This is what you will do

Together with your team, you are responsible for everything that happens within our production environment. You make sure our cheese and butter products are processed on time and meet the highest quality and hygiene standards. No two days are the same, and teamwork is key!

What will you do?
You will work on one of our production lines and carry out various tasks, such as:

• Cleaning products, machines, and the working environment;
• Performing production activities on your assigned production line;
• Identifying deviations in raw materials or supplies and reporting them to the production manager;
• Packaging and labeling cheese and/or butter products according to guidelines;
• Following food safety, safety, and hygiene regulations (such as HACCP);
•  Contributing ideas to improve the production process.

What else is important:

• LBO/MBO level of thinking and working;
• You speak English, German, and/or Dutch;
• You are physically fit and enjoy active work;
• You are accurate and have a strong sense of responsibility;
• Experience in the food industry or production is a plus, but not required.
