What will you do

As a Quality Control professional, you are the key link when it comes to quality within our organization. You make sure everything is right—from documentation to product, and from process to execution.

You operate right in the middle of our Dairy as a Service (DAAS) chain, meaning you’re involved in everything: from procurement and storage to repackaging and logistics. No two days are the same—and you’re on top of it all.

You are the main point of contact for quality-related questions from customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You ensure that questions are not left unanswered, but are picked up, resolved, and properly followed through. Whether it’s certifications, documentation, or product specifications—you keep the overview and make sure everything is spot on.

But let’s be honest: you’re not someone who just “checks boxes.” You see where things can be improved—and you act on it. You analyze processes, think along, and make sure improvements are actually implemented. This way, you don’t just raise quality—you also improve the efficiency of the entire chain.

You perform checks, identify deviations, and quickly involve the right people to find solutions. Together with commercial and operations teams, you ensure customers get exactly what they expect: quality, reliability, and flexibility.

Do you have the full package?

With your analytical mindset and strong communication skills, you know exactly what it takes to improve processes and safeguard quality. You easily switch between departments and can translate complex information into clear insights.
You are accurate, think ahead, and always maintain an overview—even when things get busy.
You enjoy working with others but also take ownership of your responsibilities. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and understand the importance of your role within the bigger picture of our services.

Additionally:

• Bachelor’s degree level (preferably in quality, food, or business—e.g. HAS)
• 2–3 years of experience in a quality-related role
• Experience with quality management systems and certification
• Strong communication skills and able to work with various stakeholders
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
• Proactive, stress-resistant, and results-driven
• Customer-focused and comfortable in a dynamic environment
