This team ensures that all quality requirements are met and that processes, products and documentation always comply with the applicable standards.
They coordinate and monitor claims, request product specifications and keep all quality documentation carefully up to date. Working closely with the Commercial department, they ensure that quality issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved. With certifications such as IFS Broker, IFS Logistics, FSSC 22000, Halalkeur and Skal, Quality guarantees reliability, transparency and quality at every stage.
